I bought a 2007 Ranger Z20 this year and made lots of changes and upgrades to the boat. All the work was done by Chris at Lakeside Marine Specialties south of Fort Worth. I couldn't be happier and I thought I would show off his work.
He installed my new graphs at console and bow. I already had a Helix 12 at the console on a Ram Mount so I just did the single BBT mount because the dual mount sticks way out towards the center of the boat. He also moved the gauges using the BBT plates. Also added a Flow-Rite drain plug, and other small stuff. Then installed power poles. My boat has a Bob's jack plate made before they came with holes pre-drilled for power poles, but he was able to drill the holes for the brackets. Also fixed my livewell which had a bad valve and wouldn't drain out. Then did all my motor and trailer maintenance which had been neglected before I bought the boat.
The best part is Chris will let you make an appointment to bring in your boat, so he gets working on it right away and your down time is minimized. I previously took my boat to "the dealer" at Cabelas and it sat for 3 weeks before they even looked at it! I could have fished for 3 weeks!
