 when to use chrome color

I have a zara spook,puppy and a lipless crank in a what I would call chrome color. Under what weather conditions would be a good time to throw this color way?

I throw a chrome lipless with a blue back and chrome topwaters right now until they start stop biting them. On sunny days with "clearish" water hard to beat.

I like chrome on sunny days and/or clear water.

Any water clarity and any sky conditions. Chrome is pretty much universal. It reflects the colors around it.
