I used to live on the lake and had a center console, and enjoyed easy limits of channels. I am going to make a trip up to the lake next week, but fishing from a kayak now, in search of a limit. Anyone have any recent experience on whether or not channels are active in the upper reaches of the lake (shallower water) yet?
