 Greatest Crawfish Cornbread Recipe Ever!

GREG'S CRAWFISH CORNBREAD
1 box Jiffy (this is a cornbread mix - add nothing to it, straight out of the box)
2 ea Eggs
1.5 cup Colby Jack Cheese (shreaded)
1 ea White Onion
1 cup Green Onion
1 ea Stick of Melted Butter
1 can Rotel (hot)
1 lb. Crawfish Tails (frozen package)
Stir all ingredients and pour evenly in 9x12 pan (I use glass)
Bake 1 Hour @ 350
Take out and let stand for 30 minutes.
Best served with green salad and white wine!

I just recently tried this recipe and it was the bomb.com! I did modify it by using the Mexican cornbread mix instead and I added a good amount of cayenne pepper, a little gumbo file', and a few good dashes of crystal's hot sauce. It was excellent.
Thanks for sharing. I'll be trying this one again soon.

Tried this yesterday l cut the butter in half and added two diced jalapeos it smelled awesome cooking and was some of the best food I've ever eaten
