My trip Friday with Joe and son was pretty good. Started after hybrids and set the bar high with the first fish 24 1/2 inches. Caught several more hybrids but most around 17 inches. Went after cats and did pretty well. Only kept a few fish for a fry.
Couldn't get anyone to buck the storms with me this morning!!! But the hybrids were on fire!!! Every time the rain would slacken just a little they would go to biting! Started out taking pics when I had time but finally gave it up! Bet there was at least fifty hybrids with one out of four keepers. Magnum sandies were filling in the lulls. All fish caught on ledges from 20 to 35 ft.
If anyone is interested my two or three people for $300 is still going on. Usually start with hybrids and end with blues. Customers choice!!!
