BASS announced that they will allow anglers to use up to a 10 ft long rod starting in 2017. Interesting to see what comes from it.

Are there any current rod makers that make a 10ft bass rod? Maybe they will use it to get under docks or something. Seems like it would just be bulky and in the way to me

23' & 24' bass boats in the near future Of course. Everyone's going to need the deck space and rod locker length for 10 foot rods!

Maybe good to use for giant swimbaits but man I really can't see them being used for other stuff.
