I placed order with BaitCloud over a month ago. Order and payment confirmed and received email stating product had been shipped. Never received. I responded to email and they wrote it would be shipped that week. Never received. Now they don't respond to email, don't answer phone calls, do not allow phone message to be left. Also, credit card has foreign currency exchange charge. BEWARE

Call credit card company immediately and challenge the charge. I have yet to have not gotten my money back if you report it early. If you have the emails that you sent the company, they will use them as support documentation. Credit card companies are pretty good about getting the money reversed.

The foreign currency charge was the thing that worried me. I've disputed the charge with credit card folks. We'll see what happens.

They are based out of Canada. That's the cause for the foreign exchange rate issue.

Kickin Bass is the real deal....Helped my son and his fishing partner catch bass on lewisville durine THSBA tournament..Will not trust my son's fishing future with anything but kickin bass and BigRon
