The depth various mostly deep open water drifting
They were very aggressive i won't say a specific depth too many get caught up
In a decisive depth or color or even type of jig or bait. simplicity = fish

Fish are aggressive now so depth color or type doesn't matter just find fish and if they are not in a negative mood you will catch them
