The wife and I got on the lake around nine thirty. We fished 12 to 14 ft of water with no luck. Moved to the 20 ft range and it was one here and there for me. I explained to my wife that she had put two bananas in the boat and that was bad luck. We finally found a few on six different brush piles. Fishing the twenty ft depth with fish from eight ft to sixteen ft. I had twenty five and she had seven. The thermocline lime glotruse with a one sixteenth oz orange jig head was the
bait of the day.


I got my thumpitis taken care of for a while. Next weekend I will work on my whackitis.

That's a funny looking dove Joe!!! 15 of them would be a mess!!!!! We're finishing up the weekend at Buffs Big Oak in Avinger. Hard to not bring the boat and fish mid day!!

I have pretty much taken care of my shootitis this year. I went to three different dove fields a total of fourteen times and have shot fourteen limits. We got about four inches of rain last night and I think the doves probably moved south.

Nice catch. I might swing over to fork and see if I can luck into afew.
