Evening bite is a bust. Wind blew us off the lake. Gazillion schools of shads on wind blown points. Odd thing is I couldn't catch shads this morning to try dropping a few on them schools then a bunch showed up at wind blown point about time we go home.
Any way we didn't get skunk. Mission accomplish again. 15 hybrids and 75 whites. WE gonna eat good tonight. Then donate the rest of them fish.

Morning bites today was fast and steady. We could of caught us each another limits easy if we wanted to but went looking for whites instead. Schooling whites were broken into a lot of smaller groups and scatter today.

Pre front is the best time to catch those hybrids, but you gotta time the passing of the front very carefully and not get caught as the front approaches and goes through. Fish will be feeding hard just before the approaching front. Just my observation.

Here's some fish center left on graph pics. I think they are hybrids because when I pass through that school we were hooking up left and right on all rods on them hybrids and that's when I save the scanned pics. All those little white dots I think are fish scatter all over that area. Some may be hybrids others may be whites,buffalos,cats,gars... who know's ? My side scan shows a lot different than other Humminbird units. Guess it's just my settings. Stripers and hybrids should be long distinct streaks on the side scan. Here's what a screen should look like stacked with stipers or hybrids.

Now this scan below I know for sure it's a school of white bass. I marked it,circle back and it's instant hook ups on whites.

Here's what a screen should look like stacked with stripers or hybrids. Pics is taken from a reputable guide.

Now this here pics below is the most important pics of all for you rookies. IT'S CALL A PATTERN. There will be changing patterns through out the years with changing climates. This here pics shows a distinct patterns of all my marked spots on top school of whites(big or small). Fish will be holding some where near the edges of this big structures and any other structures (points sticking out from sore lines)in 15fow or less plus or minus a few feet. Now if you guys going out next time looking for fish keep this pattern in mind. With that being said cooler weather is on it's way. Patterns may change. Fish that were here today may not be there tomorrow, but at least not as of yesterday.

BTW!! If some you guy's don't know I did just the opposite not too long ago by trying to lie and keep this lake and all it's fish a secret. Glad some one busted me for lying. So not me.

I knows some of the guy's here that know's me are probably cursing and saying Oh that Bruce he's giving away lots of info. Any ones can look at that screen pics and figured out where that spots is... Blah blah blah!!
You know what I say who cares. What ever guy's.You didn't show me any of these spots. You don't own me. It's just fish. Call it drama if you want. I just don't care what anyone says.

If it get's too crowded on this lake I'll just go to a different lake. And if some one benefit from my post and catches fishes good for them. I'm sure they got little sons and daughters or old dad that they wanna take out and put them on some fish.
