Putting together set of tools that I might need in boat. Anything you guys recommend other than ratchet set, screwdrivers, and electrical tape?

I would add spare fuses. Different electrical connectors and crimping tool. Also a BIG flat head screwdriver Incase your trim gets stuck down.

Prop wrench, may want some wrenches to go with the ratchet set for tight locations.

Stainless Steel plastic lock nuts, bolts and screws in various sizes. Package of zip ties. Battery tester. Set of wheel bearings, seals and races with tools to do the job on the road if you travel a lot. That would be: heavy file, med. size puller, tub of grease, hand cleaner, hammer, wood block, shop towels. These items are kept in the truck tool box. A spare hub with all this already loaded inside it is nice. Just bolt it on and you are ready to go.
I have a spare Belg. pump with gator clips and 5 ft. hose attached just in case I get caught in another situation where the pumps quit working in a storm. Also carry spare trolling motor prop, shear pin and nut.
Each person you work with holds some promise to your future success. Jumper cables if you don't already have some in another compartment.

I carry spare engine bolts. Long ones from jackplate to hull then short ones for motor to jackplate. I also carry a heavy duty ratchet strap. With the strap I can help lift my engine towards the boat by hooking to the transom eyes or seat post ect. Also carry a thermal blanket and fire starting equipment for fishing in the winter.

jumper cables. You can jump off of the trolling batteries if you have to.

Responses so far pretty much covered everything I bring. Only things I would add would be a spare trailer winch handle and a spare set of plugs/sockets for your trailer light connections. Those can be kept in the truck though

If you have a hot foot it's a good idea to carry an extra spring or you can be idling for a while!

spare light bulbs, extra shear pin for TM, voltmeter / continuity tester, if you drive an old boat get an extra trim relay they will go eventually and could end your day if you don't have a replacement handy, its a small, cheap part and 30-second fix if you have one onboard.
+ everything d harper mentioned for the trailer. its nice to know you can do an axle-out rebuild on the side of the road if you have to, it could turn a situation from a wasted day to just a pain in the azz. throw in a bar for extra torque in case you get a seized lug nut that won't respond to a 4-way. oh yeah you will need a roll of paper towels handy if you have to replace bearings/seals on the road.
and a roll of duct tape. if you can't fix it with duct tape, you aren't using enough duct tape.
