October 22nd won the poll by a landslide for our 2nd annual Lake Fork G2G. I saw in a post that the Minnow Bucket facilities are going to be in use that day, so I'll check with Pope's Landing to see if we can set up there. We will be having a FUN, 1 pole, jig only tournament again which I'll post the rules and entry info. EVERYBODY THAT CAN, PLEASE SHOW UP.....FISHING OR NOT  We plan to have another fish fry, so everybody is encouraged to bring a side dish or dessert   I'm looking forward to putting some faces to some of the new names here, along with seeing the ones I already know.

October 22nd it is! I know I can hardly catch a fish, but everyone leave your feelings at home! (Somebody has to start the smack talk!)  Look forward to seeing everyone and hopefully some new faces! We had an awesome time last year!

Reminds me of the old boy that called up his buddy George and explained to him that he had already paid the entry fee and made plans for the fish fry. Then he remembered that was the same day he was getting married. He asked George if he would go in his place. George says I would be glad to. He tells George,her name is Linda and it is at the First Baptist church in Tyler. Looking forward to the fun. This year I am going to slow down and the sampling of the fried fish and hopefully have some crappie cakes and that delicious chowder.
