i have a 3 bank 15amp per bank charger - 1 battery is boiling water out vent, how can i check output on that lead or could it possible be bad battery? Any help will be appreciated .

There isn't any way that I know of to check the output on a charger. Does the battery look like it is swollen? If so, then I would say it's a bad battery.
