Yes, throw your plastics and line in the boat. At the end of the day, dispose of them in the trash. Treat the lakes like a dump and they'll turn into one.

Yep, plastics in the gut can cause an impaction and then you've got a sick, thin, and eventually dead fish.

Years ago, a friend of mine was catching some really thin fish in his fairly well managed pond. We harvested one and sure enough it's gut was full of plastics.

If your a back seater at least throw them in the middle of the boat and not the back deck. It clogs up the bilge violin

Put a small trash can in your locker if u dont own a Nitro. Really helps keep things clean.

Year's ago at Purtis Creek I caught a small bass and sticking out of it's anus was the tail of a 6" blue fleck power worm. It took some doing but i pulled it out and some backed up poo came with it. I'm sure that fish would have died as he could not pass that worm.
