Delta says its against FAA regulations to use smokeless tobacco on a plane. I call BS on this and can't find it on the FAA website. I am going to do it anyway and I don't think they can stop me. Take that ...man. Can't stop me.

Just get the spitless kind...
Personally it's kinda gross to sit next to someone (too close for comfort on a plane) and have that spit bottle going.

I think they just say it because they're sick of cleaning up spit bottles. Alaskan said the same thing on a return trip from Seattle. Funny thing was, they didn't say it on the way up there.
It has to be in writing to be official.

https://www.delta.com/content/dam/delta-www/pdfs/legal/contract_of_carriage_intl.pdfRule 47. Delta prohibits the use of smokeless tobacco. They can refuse service or remove you from the flight. It's not against FAA regulations. It's against Delta's rules.

I fly a couple times a month for work. I fly United and have never heard then mention smokeless tabacco is against the rules. I dip every flight and it's never been an issue.

Some lady just got Oskared by a poodle. Trying to get a picture. AWWWWWWWW LAWD I'm dying here.......  I don't know why the picture won't load. Lady gets off with a poodle in a carrier, pulls it out of the bag, some other lady runs over to pet it, face level and got it....IN THE FACE!!!!!!
