Looking for a place to stay at Lake Waco. Needs to have room for 10 to 15 boats and electricity. Where would you suggest.

There's nothing around the lake that caters to fishermen. Anything in Waco is just going to be your typical hotel and boat parking will be a PITA. It's a bit of a dump, but there's a motel in McGregor called the Atria that has a big parking lot and usually isn't full. It's also an easy 15 - 20 minute drive to the lake with minimal traffic. From McGregor take Hwy84 east about 5 miles and then go left on Speegleville Road. It will take you straight to the lake and you'll miss Waco. Atria Hotel Map

Stay at a cabin at lake Waco marina, or cabin at one of the core parks. Or stay at the motel 8 in Woodway. Woodway is one the most overstaffed and funded police department in Call them tell they you are staying and ask them to make several drive by. They will do it for sure.
