N Arlington Webb rd just north of Grand Peninsula behind the new Homes will put you right at the Walnut Creek arm of Joe Pool Lake.

on average 12'. The creek channel is around 18' maybe deeper in some spots but I use it in the winter to get into Walnut Creek with my 8 ft Bass Raider without having to pay the Loyd Park $10.launch fee. It`s an Excellent launch for Yaks & Smaller one & two may boats.Walnut Creek get`s stacked with Crappie in the winter. If you can stand the weather you`ll catch fish!

So more than likely, I will be the first one to drive in there, fish, get ready to leave, only to find the gate shut and padlocked! Wouldn't be the first time that has happened to me(different locale), but boy it sure is annoying!

I could see how that would get your goat Rudy(lol) I would hope that the park personel would be more considerate then that.If not I would just have to break out the trusty old PLUMB 5lb hammer and do so padlock knocking.
