Now that the summer holidays are over, who is going fishing ?

This upcoming week should be a good one. With this weekends rain and overcast skies for the week the fish should be active. Will be fishing for sure.

I travel around Texas quite a bit for work. Will be fishing the upper Guadalupe sometime Monday afternoon, and maybe Port O'Connor and Corpus later in the week.

Every Wednesday 3 or 4 old timers gather at the Lynn Creek Marina at Joe Pool Lake fishing pier. I fish for sunfish and the others fish for catfish and carp. This coming Wednesday should be no exception.

Because the flooding earlier this year killed off all the underwater vegetation the fishing is not nearly as good as it has been in years past. I still look forward to it.

Nice cool mornings should be a good week to get after them.

Got to fish the first half of the week! Had a couple of good days on Mcqueeney! Bad news is this is my Monday and heading to work!

I may fish over at lake Travis for some trophy sized bluegill to fish where I landed a 10.2 bluegill got record but few weeks later uncle landed 10.25 for new record
