What's the best epoxy to protect jig paint with? I use powder paint if that matters. Thanks in advance.

If you want to topcoat then the Solarez is the best I've used.

After that Devcon 2 Ton or a similar clear curing 30 minute epoxy.

Thanks guys.

Brad: How hot do you bake them? I've been baking at 250F for 20 mins.

Streetwalker: What's the dry and cure time you use?

The Solarez is a UV cure. I just set them in the sun for a few minutes and they are done.

Epoxy takes about 30 minutes.

Baking powder paint...each color from every vendor is different. Rosey's has the cure time/temp on the label.

I just bake all my stuff at 350 for 20 minutes.

Devcon 2 ton. If you are powder coating then try 350 for 20min then 250 for 15min.

I develop powder coatings for a living. Most powders will cure 10' @400. 20 '@350 should work as well. The best way to tell if a powder is fully cured is to take a q-tip with a little acetone (finger nail polish remover) and rub it back and forth about ten-fifteen times. If there is no color on the q-tip, then you are good.
