Nice!!!! When it came to painting trout God sure didn't hold back on the detail. They are beautiful fish and live in the prettiest places.

Those brookies are some fine eating as well, try keeping some of the bigger ones next time, grill whole with some butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil, I grill whole over the grill no foil or anything, only trout I'll eat.

where did you get into Brookies? Love those fish, I (Literally) broke my back chasing Brookies and Cutties in CO last month. Brookies and Cutts on the 3wt as well. Big rainbows on the 4 and 5.

Awesome mix of fish there. I got in to the brookies up on some conejos tributaries in august, I've always loved chasing them, those fish are relentless.

Need high clearance and 4x4 to get in but man is it pretty. I actually caught a natural tiger trout about halfway up the trail several years back.
