Hey guys, anybody have any advice for Lake Arlington? I've been out there three times now and still haven't found any bass. I've got a few here and there but nothing worth the trip. I find tons of places that look like they should be great but I can't get them to bite anything I try throwing. Does it fish different in the warm months due to the plant making the water hotter than other lakes? I remember at the beginning of summer the water was already at 90 degrees when other lakes were just hitting 85.

That plant is more of an emergency plant for when the electricity need can't be meet, they fire it up. There are big fish there so you can get quality just not quantity. I never have much luck there. Joe pool is too close to not go to instead.

Try fishing the docks and the dam. The southwest side with the timber has some fish but hard to find and they are small

It's been awhile since I have been but in spring there were some number down south of the 2nd boat ramp where a small island had formed. Saw people catching some numbers but no size. You might also try that area now that it is cooling down just be careful of the shallows getting there.
