I have a 2005 225 HPDI powerhead complete with flywheel, computer, injectors, fuel pumps including low, mid and high pressure pumps. Also has starter. Top cylinder issue as usual on HPDI and mechanic said it was rebuildable. $700 OBO I feel this is a fair price with all pumps injectors computer and all. You can text or call me at 903-574-6862. I am near Tyler ,Tx. Pick up preferred really don't want to hassle with shipping if possible.

Willing to take $500 just to move it out of my shop. This thing has all the coils with electronics and all even trim relays. If I were to part it out I could get a lot more for it but I don't have the time. It's not totally disassembled neither. It has injectors removed and heads are on with a few bolts in each side to hold them on otherwise all of the motor is still intact. Injectors and head bolts are bagged up.

I do have pics now if you text me I can send them to you. Only damage seen is top of piston is busted out in ring gland area. No damage to head at all and very slight cylinder scuff. It could most likely be honed out easily. Motor was not run any after issue started.

Yeah it would it even has an extra computer and all. Somebody would get a heck of a deal. Starter alone is around $400. Not sure but I'm sure high pressure pump rebuilt is around$2000. Brad I've got that 27t1 still if you still need one. Give me a call if you do need it.
