I'm glad it wasn't just me. Fished all day Saturday and have a day Sunday. Eleven fish total.

On Granbury look for schooling fish in 10ft of water early. Some days you will only see a few shad being chased. Then work out deeper later in the day to about 25 feet looking for schools of bait on the bottom. Was on Granbury about a week ago and loaded up with sandbass early and boated a few stripes also.
There are some schools of small sandbass mixed with small 6 inch stripers on the lower ends and near Indian Harbor in 10 to 15 feet of water. Keep catching and eventually you'll come across some bigger sandies. There are some good sandbass near the Lodge in town as well.
Been fishing other lakes as well and fish are schooling up everywhere. PK, Lewisville and Whitney. Caught about 150 sandbass and a few stripers near the Peanut Patch this past Sunday. Loaded up with sandbass and hybrids under the birds early on Lewisville and Stripers are good on Whitney at several locations.
Good Luck

Caught about 35 keeper whites this morning. Some small fish mixed in. All caught on flats in the southern end. About 4-5 center consoles out in that area this morning. We were in the red/white Crestliner 2200 Bay boat.

Sunday 9-18 am. Picked up some good stripers and missed several others and some good whites. Pictured is Gabe and his son Brett with their catch. Threw back a lot of small stripers/sandbass.
