Fishing has been steady. South wind was tough but managed limits Thursday and Friday. Saturday the north wind blew but managed a 2 man limit. Yesterday was nice but a little slower, kept 31. Fish are scattered from 6-16'. Saturday they were laying on bottom after that front but they have been suspended 6-10' deep most days in the 10-16' water. The shallow bite will get better as it cools off. Have started picking up some really good fish in 6-10' water. Water temps were 81-83 yesterday morning. It's going to really get good for the next month on timber/brush before they move out on points in November. Best color for us has been white/chartuese mainly because it's about all I use but it works.
