Actually, I was told not to do anything till after my stress test, but not getting "THUMPED"
in over 2 weeks was driving me insane!
Belinda & I started the day out going to the Short Stop for new fishing licenses......
Launched at 515W @ 7:45am, idled over to a submerged tree that has paid off in the past........
Graphed lit up, threw out a marker..........
Dropped a Slab Bug in a new color we've been testing.....Copper Mine......THUMP! THUMP!
We had doubles quite a few times and Belinda was slinging in fish as fast as I was using the same color in a Tadpole
But the Slab Bug ruled on quality fish BOFD
Here's a picture of the tree we caught 19 off of on 360
When it slowed down at the tree, we idled over to a big laydown and commenced to sticking fish again, but a slightly slower rate.
We caught 12 more there, idled back to the ramp and had the boat loaded by 10:20am with 31 in the box
Water temp was 89, fished in 21 fow, fish were suspended approx. 14-16' deep, but the larger fish were caught 2' deeper
