GREG'S CRAWFISH CORNBREAD
1 box Jiffy (this is a cornbread mix - add nothing to it, straight out of the box)
2 ea Eggs
1.5 cup Colby Jack Cheese (shreaded)
1 ea White Onion
1 cup Green Onion
1 ea Stick of Melted Butter
1 can Rotel (hot)
1 lb. Crawfish Tails (frozen package)
Stir all ingredients and pour evenly in 9x12 pan (I use glass)
Bake 1 Hour @ 350
Take out and let stand for 30 minutes.
Best served with green salad and white wine!
