Before anyone jumps on this check parts availability and legal use if it meets the NESHAP MACT standard for use. Older guns are not air impingement and often are not able to even be used in manufacturing.
Binks is no longer a stand alone and the parent sister company is no longer servicing many parts. They were in financial trouble and were taken over when the company had issues. Here in North Arkansas we have seen many used guns find their way into garages trying to get some area of the fiberglass business and had everything from a foam gun, gel guns and chopper guns that just are not worth investing the money in for what a new one costs. Their money is in selling parts for this equipment and we buy a new gun each a year in parts for each gun.
The boom itself is worth about $1000 on this equipment if you are building one. That is if it is a cart system.
