I've been fishing squaw a lot lately and have tried different tactics. I'm trying my best to stay out of the creeks. Threw a spoon, football jig, and fluke on points, drop offs, and trees from 20-50 ft deep with no results. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Wait till October or until the main lake temp comes down from boiling to simmer if you want to catch bass on the main lake. The river is about the only place to get good numbers. I don't fish the lake very much from late February to the end of September.

Its opposite but the same for other lakes....fish are looking for cooler water. Backs of the creeks will be the coolest. Heag up the river. Best bet.

How many people fish main lake deep structure during the warm months? Always something up the river year round but every fish in the lake can't get up there.

That's my point. I know I can always catch some up the creeks but not all the fish migrate up there. Where are the fish that are typically close to the damn? They are there just can't find them
