Gonna run up to Roberts tomorrow and go try to locate a few. Anyone else planning on being on the water?

Yes sir, Fred and I will be around the Buck Creek timber in our 12 foot Porta Bote. Hope to be on the water by 7:00 or so with jigs and minnows. I will post a report upon return.

Fred and I got out in the timber east of the boat ramp. Water is around 18ft. Only got one in about 2 1/2 hours of bouncing around . We were heading back toward the bridges when battery juice ran out. So fishing lesson #42 is do not leave the back up battery in the truck. Paddled and got a tow. Done for the day.

I'll be in Buck somewhere tomorrow. I usually stick to the east side of the lake but am trying my luck at my yearly west side adventure. We'll see.
