They were schooling on the south side of the island this morning. I think if you just hung out around there from the start of the morning you would probably catch quite a few.

The location mentioned is right. They just haven't been staying up too long, easily scattered.


Personal best :
Freshwater Red - 26.11lb.

old coach and I went Monday and that's what we experienced. We found them about 4 different times surfacing South of the islands and one time on the bank of state park, but when they went down NADA. Could not find them on any structure or typical places they might be. Seems like they school up, hit the shallows, feed, then scatter and disappear. Plan on going back and if anyone can help with how to find them after they surface it sure would be appreciated.
