Does any one know what time mustang opens in the mornings or what time the gate opens so you can use the boat ramp

If you are talking Mustang Resort, there is not a gate.
You can also launch at Popes anytime.

There is a gate. I have never seen them use it. I have used all times of day and night. Honor box is at the store/office. $3.00.

My folks are the asst. managers at Mustang Resort and the gate opens at 4:30 am. ForkedJames was correct in saying there is an honor box at front door to store. Fee is $3.00. The ice machine is also unlocked and you can get ice, just put fee in honor box as well.

I go there in the evenings an when I leave the gates closed so I was curious to know when they open the gate

Yeah they open in the morning early for the fisherman to get to the ramp, but try to close it fairly early to keep the riff raff out at night,
the gate has cut down tremendously on the thefts that were in the area a few years back.
