 Lowrance HDS Units

On the back of the Lowrance HDS unit is the word Lowrance and it is lit up by a light can some tell me where to go in menu to turn this light off for it will save battery power, I looked thru operating manual and did not find it. Someone had posted it on here before and I did a search but I think it was longer than a year ago.

system controls - settings - system - scroll down to advanced - hardware - enable or off
on my gen 2.... i dunno if its the same on all of them

Go to the settings menu and select Advanced. It's in the advanced settings where you can cut it on or off.
