It had plugs in it had a guy put a bearing in it and he left them out

there are NO plugs available for that prop.
only solution is to get josh at steve's custom props to weld that up and
drill PVS holes in it. then you can use the mercury pvs plugs to fine tune your
hole shot. but, that could get pricey.
