Im new to this website and bass fishing this year. Ive been fishing Lake O The Pines since around May this year till now. This past week out there fishing around highjackers above the 155 bridge where I normally catch decent fish they weren't biting hardly at all there this past week. I was wondering if someone could help give me some insight as to were the fish went or what their patterns are this time of year? I don't have very good electronics as I have recently started to bass fish so it is hard to scan and find them. Also does anyone know how far bass will travel at Lake O The Pines?

Haven't fished pines in a few years but there are good areas all over the lake. All the major creek arms are good and all have under water bridges that hold fish. If you go towards the dam fish the main lake points with football jigs amd C-rigs. If you can locate the shad there should be fish close. Pines has always been a really good fall time lake for me. Topwater,rattle traps, flukes will get you bites fishing in alley and hurricane creek.
