Coolest trick I've learned in a long time! My tip to prevent tearing out the head of soft plastic bass fishing lures after one or two fish. With this trick, I routinely catch 15 to 20 fish on one soft plastic lure.

Thanks guys! Wish I was clever enough to think of it myself, but credit goes to my friend's dad. Now if anyone figures out how to keep short strikers and bream from tearing off the tails/claws/legs of our baits, I love to know that!!
