The original 6" blackberry was always my favorite, followed by the grape. Nowadays I prefer the 8", still in blackberry or grape.

I was on a Creme 6" purple finesse worm bite last year. Have not been out too much this year.

I used a lot of Tequila Sunrise when I was in Tn. Here lately I have been using a color from BassPro called Sweet Potato Pie. It is basically an orange base with everything else thrown in for good measure. I picked them up because the kids liked the color. Figures they would catch fish.

I don't really throw off-the-wall colors that much. They have a time and a place, but it's rare that I throw one. Some of the weird colors I throw are: morning dawn, firetiger, tilapia, bold bluegill, plum berry, and red crawler.

In the 70's there was Motor Oil that changed color in the water. There also was a similar color that Snaketrix made that was similar to motor oil but went from a orange color to a blue hue in the water. Diamondback worm in Emerald Blue with a white tail also was another good color on T-Bend.

Was gonna say sprayed grass which I love but it's really kinda bland.
I really like fried watermelon- killer bed fishing.
Used to use electric blue culprit-pretty weird one but works great, esp East Texas.

Believe it or not I used to Catch a lot.of fish on a limetruse zoom trick worm...I opened a tackle box the other day that belonged to my cousin he left it here twenty+ years ago when we fished as teenagers...it was full of motor oil red bandit tail worms, also some crabapple, and plum apple worms all from when Toledo town used to make worms.

When T Town stopped making their worms I bought up and hoarded as many of the motor oil as I could. And they kept catching fish until the last one was gone. Surprised no other manufacturer copied the color. It was dynamite post spawn and early summer bait

I used a plum apple baby brush hog at the BCT top six this past weekend. Based on the results, we did ok.
