 How fast can you filet a fish?

I got this off my other forum I frequent.
This machine (Baader 212 fish processor) can do 2 fish a second. Definitely a little faster than I can do it. Back in the day in New Mexico the limit for crappie was 40, so me and my buddy came home with 80 and I could have used this contraption.
