Was thinking of fishing Lake Waco next month and was wondering if anyone has fished there recently. Any help is appreciated.

We went out Saturday and caught several blue cats on the north end and Sunday we caught crappie on brushpiles in 15 to 22 ft. I dont know what you are targeting but hope this helps.

Thank you for the info. Was going to be targeting bass as ice heard it's a decent bass lake.

Fished there this morning from 7 to 10:30 along N shore from gravel pits to Lake Waco country club. This would be the shoreline directly across from the first boat ramp in Reynolds Creek park. Fished shallow and caught nine with only two that were keepers. The others were small. 1 on topwater, 2 on crank baits, remainder on t-rigged weightless senko. Launched at Airport Park; Reynolds Creek park remains closed.
