I have a couple of my Executives coming down in November and need to find luxury lodging on the water. And when I say luxury, meaning not just a "tourney fishing" room with bed and TV. Something like this at Popes may be perfect . http://www.popeslanding.com/waterfront_cabin4.htm

I always stay at the trailer so can't speak to some of the rental cabins available hence this post. Any really nice spots to recommend other than the above?

I second the Lodge, Perfect for the executive type. Put the big boss in the main bedroom with the fireplace thumb

Hidden lakes hunting resort is really nice! Plus they have a gaming room with poker table and poker chips, pool table, and full kitchen... Not to mention TV's and it's only a couple minutes from the lake. Has a few ponds on it too with some aggressive fish incase the day on fork is tough, you can regain some confidence on the pond.

You won't go wrong with any of the waterfront cabins at Pope's. They are nice!

Don't cave in and enable them. Stick em in a rundown motel and bring them back down to earth a little. smile
