What happened to all the posts about the white bass at Fork? Back early in the summer, everyone was catching them like crazy, and now, nothing.

Did yall know a largemouth is really a perch. At least a sandbass is in the bass family.

Fork has the closest to Sabine size sandies I know of for sure. strange they aren't showing up this time of year.

Just seems weird that they just quit biting the week of that sand bass tourney and you haven't hear a word about them since then. Doesn't look good for the group that threw the tourney.

They were biting and people were limiting out everyday leading up to the tourney. Now you haven't heard of that since then. Just think about it a little bit.

It has nothing to do with the population and everything to do with the fact that from mid August to October the average fisherman is not going to do very well when targeting white bass on just about any East Texas lake. I'm speaking in general terms and yes there are exceptions.
