Does anyone out there know of a good tool box you could mount on the front part of a bass boat trailer that would be good for storing the cover, oil, cord reels, etc?

I do not think there is enough room on the tongue of most boat trailers for a box of any significant size. The most common location for an accessory box is along the side rail. I do not know of any standard box availability for that location, but some could exist. They're typically custom built because the yoke angle of trailers will vary by manufacturer and design. Think big bucks for custom. Also, the size of the ones I have seen won't hold a typical cover; they just aren't that big. They're great for oil, extension cord, straps, tools, etc. I would think. For the price, I'll just store the items in the truck.....

Look up skeet Reese's rig. He now runs a box on the side.

Check out farm & ranch places, internet/amazon.
Different application, I got a monster aluminum diamond plate tool box for the ATV trailer at a farm & ranch store. Holds covers, tie downs, gas cans, chairs, &c, and bolted on the inside so I can remove it when I need to haul the tractor or mower. Thief will have to rip it off to take it. Anyway, what I wanted to add is that they had at least a couple dozen designs/sizes avalable, and at lest a couple of the smaller ones would probably do you just fine.
Fishing, a man knows a serenity of soul and peace of mind that he finds in doing nothing else, and it makes no difference whether or not he catches anything. The mind of a true fisherman is not on petty subjects.
