No recovered property from any of the victims as of today, it's hard to believe that much property can just disappear.. No word from our Sheriffs department, no updates, nothing..
I am happy to say one our forum sponsors and my insurance agency, Farmers, provided through Dillon Lee.
He's a fellow angler and a friend, they have checks on the way, with very little out of pocket to purchase all new property that was lost in the theft...
At least somebody is doing something to make this a little easier to deal with.. The more time that passes, the madder I get about it..
I wouldn't wish this on anyone, and pray you never have too.

Hold out hope, Billy. I just got one of my stolen rifles back after 2 1/2 years. I know exactly how you feel brother.

One would not know the meaning of the word "violated" till it happens to you. I feel for you brother, hang in there. I had a elderly man come to my shop last year looking for the local pawn shop. I gave him the directions and as he was walking out he told me why he's going there. He said he received a call from the pawn shop stating, someone tried to sell them his stolen gun, he laughed and said, it was stolen in 1973.

Sorry to hear skeeter. I got to thinking when you say so much was taken. Is that road still at the back of penson? Think they parked on that and dump in a truck on the fly? Or is it someone in the cove. Seems like they knew what was there......

I had 2 chainsaws, a weedeater and lawnmower stolen over the weekend while out of state attending a funeral. Most of it fairly new.
Roofers that did my neighbors house saw me doing yard work and where the items were stored.
Called the owner of the roofing company and he said the 2 that probably did it were fired after that job for poor performance.

Insurance deductible is to high so I am out of luck.

Red, check into the cameras I posted in the first thread on this. They are simple to install if you don't have to run wires to your house. You need the wide angle lens cameras ( probably 2 ) a DVR and a monitor. These come in a kit, all but the monitor, and guaranteed to catch the next thugs. They do make wireless cameras but I'm not familiar with those. Fry's has the best assortment or you can buy them online. My cameras caught a guy stealing my Honda lawnmower out of my garage. Cops found it at a pawn shop, picked it up and brought it back to my house. They caught the guy too. You need pics, serial #'s and receipts but it can be done. Want any more info just holler. Chances are it's the same punks doing all this. Need'em off the streets.

All hope is not lost. I've been the victim three times, twice in CA (house once and truck once) and once in FL (truck). Got some of my property back from the FL incident almost a year after the crime. My detailed description of the items stolen enabled the detective that recovered the property to ID it and notify me.

All I know right now is, I want to see someone go to jail--I know it won't be for long, but any time is better than no time served...

Wish I had time I would go with you and try to help. If you have 110v at your boat house you're set. Make sure you get the wide angle lens and a dry place to keep the DVR and monitor at your boat house. I would get at least a 14" monitor. If you like I can even come down and help you install it FREE to a good guy. Just let me know.
