Pines, Palestine, Rayburn, Ray Roberts, even Cedar Creek could have a good bite this fall, Spring time was pretty good.
Mark, if I remember you had a great frog day on Richland Chambers, or was that Petro. Petro and I had right at 25lbs out there a few years ago in a Matchplay deal. Chad T and i had a great Media Championship out there a few years ago as well. We just misjudged our fish later in Day 2 and could not get the size we needed. Still had a great finish and a check. Chambers is my nemesis. I either do great or I bomb out there....

Tawakoni could be in play depending on how the bite is out there. Have not been this year. I like a lot of the suggestions and initially I think I would rather not have it on a slot lake. Gonna try and see what the suggestions are and go from there.

Good thing about Rayburn is the amount of water available to frog fish. Tons of cover this year. You could fish and never see a boat.

Palestine should be good for this as bite has been good out there for awhile and It has plenty of pads and grass for everyone.

Worse comes to worse we might just go with an event in NE Texas and then one in Deep East Texas. That way no is driving too far to fish it. It will be a one day event no matter what though.
Gonna try to get with some frog manufacturer's and see if they want to put up a small bounty of money or product to the winners if they use that particular brand. Will try to get some samples as well for giveaways and such if it gets a good response.

Just frogs? Or an all topwater format? I'd love to go, would you have a non-boater or co-angler sign up list?
The dude abides...

I think welsh would be a much better option than monti. Monti fishes small it would be a night mare if alot of boats showed up.
