Idles good, runs good, max's at 4000rpm and 45mph.
Any ideas?

Check for throttle cable getting to full throttle. Have you recently changed the prop?

I havent changed anything, or looked at the throttle cable.
That doesnt mean something hasnt come loose, or a cable stretched out.

Not sure about that model but many have a clip inside the cowling holding the throttle cable that sometimes pops loose causing no WOT
