Fishing is still strong despite the conditions the past week. Yesterday we found fish in 12-16' water right on the bottom on submerged timber and brushpiles. Bite was very subtle, tipping with a minnow or nibble Produced bites 5-1 over straight jig. I also use some cut Shad to tip with when they are being finicky. I expected that with full moon and north wind. Im really relying on my electronics to show me there are fish there and slowing down and hanging on a spot long enough to get them to bite. Cooler weather has been great for fisherman too! Really looking forward to the next couple months
