Any body else here has a life time license ? Just wondering since renewal time has arrived. It's really pleasant not to ever have to worried about renew. I've already got my son change chomp cans foe his life time license.

I have one, but you still have to print the licenses/tags each year.

Michael I just call the TPWD and tell them my old ones had worn out and they would send me a brand new plastic card like the one above free of charge. Then they remind me by mail every year to go by one of the locations to get my salt water red drum tags. I never do because I always release them and never retain any.

I have TX lifetime hunting and fishing. Also have a OK lifetime non resident fishing. I think it was 275 about 10 years ago but I don't think they offer it anymore. I usually let my customers tag a over size red so they can keep 4 reds but we use the tags on reds that are just barely over the slot. Their pretty good to about 32 inches, any bigger than that and i'm not cleaning them.

I got mine 10 years ago and wifey too woot I got my money's worth while wife only fishes maybe once a year doh. Yeah I just go to academy for the red tags of 28" and over every Fall for the past 20 years. At lakes, I showed the GW my plastic lifetime and that's enough. No need to print. Wish I knew about it 20 years ago.

Wish I had $1800....pays for itself in roughly 25 years, that's a lot of years for a young guy like me to Hunt and fish without having to pay, plus it saves the hassle of going and getting a new one every year. The way super combo prices keep rising It'll be at $100 by the time I'm 30

Never be burden again with price hikes and renewal. Best present you can give some one for their entire life.
