Prayers lifted. Sounds like a great guy who runs a nice strong business. I hope he returns soon so I can take my boat there for some tuning and advice.

Spoke with his wife this weekend and not a lot of change. Still cannot speak and it is going to be a long rehab. Knowing Mark, he will fight it hard to come back. Please keep praying for he and the family.

My brother in law is good friends with his son. Its a terrible thing to hear. I've never met the man but know his son, and have seen how hard the family is taking it. Great thing that you are spreading to word to get help.

UPDATE: Mark has gone back to the Dr. and did not receive a good report. The remainder of the tumor may not respond to radiation. Therefore, additional surgery is in the future. Headed to Southwestern to get additional consults. He is a fighter though. Still going out to try and work on a motor. Just cannot do it for long at all. Please pray and spread the word.

I don't even know the guy but wish I did. I wanna get the hour reading off my boat that I bought this year. I sure think the fishing community in DFW could come up w this goal pretty EASY! I see the goal has not yet been hit.. Seems it would've been exceeded by now.. I wish him WELL!

UPDATE ON MARK: Gone to Southwestern to find a Doc that specializes in this specific type of tumor. More surgery is required, but because it is on the brain stem it is extremely risky. Praying for a the right doctor that can remove the rest of the tumor. WE NEED ALL THE SUPPORT WE CAN GET!!
