What do you take to eat while fishing?
I'm in a kayak and typically fish up to 10 hours a day. So I take a cooler with Gatorade, ice tea, water and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. While PB&J is my favorite food group, they do get old after a long day.

Summer Sausage, crackers, Butterfinger, and water normally. I will take whatever I can raid out of the pantry if I'm out of the usual.

As of late its been a little smoked turkey with cheese and fresh spinach on a sandwich round and ice cold red/green grapes. Mayve few small pieces of fresh watermelon. Hard to beat in the heat or anytime of year for that matter.

Gatorade and water. I've had the same 3 packs of crackers in my boat this whole season.

snickers and slim-fast shakes for if the fishing is good and I don't make time to eat, usually the sammich of choice is a salami with mustard and cheese on wheat...like the salt in the salami on a hot day plus it keeps well cause all the salt...lol...plus carry about 10 or so waters...usually have a 5 hour energy chill'n in there too, makes the ride home easier when the eyelids start droop'n...

Kayak angler here, too.
I'm not afraid of bananas (not superstitious). Good energy food.
Also the usual: jerky, trail mix, sunflower seeds, power bars.
I frequently do multiple day trips, camping on rivers or lakes, and pedialyte is a great drink to have on hand.

I eat a lot of the same things that have been listed. If I'm out all day I usually pack a sandwich, chips, beef jerkey and lots of drinks. I notice if I have a long day fishing the next day I usually hungry all day.
