That 14lber is getting caught on a bunch of different days and places. Heard of one last week also. I was out there yesterday and the fish were schooling like the "old days". Caught some numbers no giant fish..... but was busted off twice and missed one that freight trained me stripping drag and pulled off. Would not be surprised if some big fish were caught. Caught mine on wieghtless fluke. They would not touch a hard top water and did not try a frog.

Somebody would have more concrete evidence if a fish like that was caught JMO. I hope it was though.

Every year about this time this same fish rears its head. popcorn

You know how many 14.4s I've caught this year? You just leave the units off and then don't have any battery on your phone. hammer

I heard the guy caught it on a 6" Creme Worm that came pre-rigged with beads & spinner in the back of Secret Cove. It supposedly weighed 14.445 but the battery in his scale was dead. He took a bunch of pix of the fish but he dropped his phone in the lake as he was releasing the fish. He has his phone in a bag of rice at home now hoping to be able to post pix soon....
