Went fishing with Mike Mcafarland with my 12 and 13 year old sons last Saturday. Mike was a great teacher, challenging the boys and explaining techniques while encouraging them all the way. He put us on fish after fish only to have us miss them. Mike just schooled them patiently on the hook set. My youngest boy got his first bass and my older one improved dramatically by the end. Mike is a good Christian man with great stories and knowledge and I was glad for my boys and I to share a boat with him. Thanks to Mike for a great day! Can't wait to do it again.

Mike is one of the most underrated Fork fishing guides. Has only a couple years of experience guiding on the lake, but never has an issue putting clients on fish; unlike other guides with more experience.

Well guys I grew up on fork, but have been in az the last 20 years. I only get back once a month to fork. However, I know Mike very well from his time here in Az and he is one hell of a fisherman. I am not surprised at all in his success at lake fork. Mike has the perfect personality to be a guide as he loves to talk fishing and is very knowledgeable and patient.

If any of you get a chance to fish with him, you should jump at the chance. I plan to fish with him my next trip there to try and dial in my electronics.
